Calin Pope is very responsive and efficient in responding to all my questions and needs for the automobiles in our family. Communication and customer service has always been amazing with this branch of State Farm. We are long time State Farm customers who decided to move our business to an agent closer to our home, John Roman. We were very impressed with John's preparation for our meeting. He went through each of our 5 policies discussing ways to improve our coverage and pointing out coverage he didn't think was necessary. John is a bright, personable man whom we felt had our best interests at heart. We left his office knowing that we had made an excellent decision. It is a relief to know that we once again have a good, responsive insurance team to rely on. I highly recommend John Roman and his team!

The John Roman State Farm office is exceptional in service and efficiency. I have all of my policies with them; car, condo, personal properties. In the 20 years I have been with them, I have never had a negative experience. Gavin Farrow is my current go-to person in the office. He has been on top of all my inquiries and has been timely in returning all of my phone calls. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I have had my insurance with John Roman and his support team for over 20 years and they are the best. Let's face it....most insurance companies are the same. However, it is your agent and his/her support staff that makes the difference in terms of service, the handling of claims, integrity, etc.. This is where John and his team excel. They know their business, have extremely high standards for client service and -most of all- they truly care. I can't recommend this insurance agency enough.

I highly recommend John Roman State Farm agent on Central St in Evanston. We have our cars and home insured through John. He is very easy to reach, especially in emergency situations, and does regular checkups to be sure we aren’t over, or under insured. He also makes recommendations on steps we can to lower our costs. You won’t be sorry if you insure with John!

John Roman and the entire staff are a pleasure to work with. They are professional, thoughtful, and they’re there when you need them. About 10 years ago, a large tree fell on the house. John personally showed up to do the assessment and gave me his cell phone for all follow up items. The repairs were completely covered and the overall insurance process was smooth. I’d highly recommend John’s office for your insurance needs.
